  LETTER OF INQUIRY 
  GRANT GUIDELINES

In order to apply for a grant from Ethics and Excellence in Journalism Foundation, a one-page letter of inquiry must be received by 5:00 pm CST on April 15th or October 15th of each calendar year. Should the deadline fall on a weekend or national holiday, the letter is due the following business day.

The letter must include ALL of the following criteria.

Once your letter has been reviewed by the Foundation, we will contact you via e-mail by May 1st or November 1st. If approved, you will be asked to move on in the application process.
